Once registered and approved to use our system solicitors can instruct new cases quickly and intuitively using our secure portal. New cases will be reviewed and allocated promptly by our experienced administration team.
We have taken time to consider the finer points of daily workload and case management. Our system allows multiple members of a team within a firm of solicitors to share cases securely.
Following completion of a case our medical experts will upload their report to our system allowing you to immediately view, download or share with your colleagues.
Our system handles the generation of invoices from experts. On completion an invoice is generated and you are notified by email. You can instantly download the invoice and pass to your finance team for processing.
We now encourage the upload of medical notes and files, to reduce costs and improve confidentiality. Resolve is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (Registration Number Z3414246).
